ENZA's new apple variety ENVY™ will be shown off at the Fruit Logistica Trade Show in Berlin, February 9-11. This trade show will bring the best fresh produce traders in the world together and allow visitors to experience the huge variety of products available on the produce market.

The new ENVY™ apple will be a star at the show. It has an eye catching red skin that screams "I taste delicious" and a milky white flesh that lasts for hours longer when cut. ENVY's heritage lies with Braeburn and Royal Gala, combining the best characteristics of both to create an attractive and delicious apple. Whether it is cut or bitten it will remain fresh for longer than most apples, making it great for salads or slices in the lunch bag.
