ENVY Gleams at NoshENZA ENVY Apples starred at the ENZA Taste and Food lunch. ENZA took over Nosh Food Market, Friday 9th July with a range of apple and pear dishes that surprised and delighted food industry and media guests on the day. ENZA's latest divine creation, ENVY, stole the show as the base of a delectable Rost Duck and Cashew Salad tossed together by Chef Peter Brennan. This was when the 'ducks' came home to roost for ENVY as the unique trait of this being a apple that stays crisp and white even in salads would be put to the test in front of 40 discerning judges. ENVY delivered on its promise. The taste, texture and colour provided a perfect contrast to the rich Asian influenced duck and the nuttieness of the cashews. The perfect balance of sweet and savory left guests wanting more. Partnered with a Black Estate Waipara Reisling it was a truly memorable dish.
